By booking a session or using yourvoicewithin.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before booking.

Nature of Services

Your Voice Within offers 1:1 intuitive coaching sessions and, for select clients, the Your Voice Within Journey. These sessions are intended for personal growth, reflection, and support. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or need medical or mental health care, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked through Calendly and paid for in advance through Stripe. Payment is required to confirm your booking, and your time is reserved once payment is complete.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice by emailing danielle@yourvoicewithin.com, and we'll find a new time together. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, are not eligible for a refund.

The Voice Within Journey

The Journey is offered at Danielle's discretion after a 1:1 session, not sold directly through this site. If you and Danielle agree to move forward with the Journey, pricing and terms specific to that program will be shared with you directly before payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including written material, the workbook, and other materials shared during sessions or the Journey, belongs to Danielle Irene and is for your personal use only. It may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Voice Within and Danielle Irene are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in a session. Sessions are provided as-is, with no guarantee of specific outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site or booking of future sessions means you accept the current version, posted on this page.
