Contact and booking information: When you reach out through the contact form, book a session through Calendly, or join our email list, we collect information like your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Payment information: Session payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our own servers; Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security standards.

Quiz responses: If you take the "Find Your Voice" quiz, your answers are used only to generate your result and are not stored or attached to your identity.

Site usage data: We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand general traffic patterns (like which pages are visited). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally, and no cookies are used for this purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to schedule and conduct sessions, respond to your messages, process payments, and, if you've opted in, send occasional emails about Your Voice Within through our email provider, Flodesk. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to run this business, including Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payment processing), Flodesk (email communication), and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Your Rights
