A few things women ask first.
What makes the group setting valuable?
There is something that happens when you realize you are not the only one. Other women in the room, working through their own version of the same silence, the same fear, the same waiting for permission. You are witnessed, and so are they.
Do I have to share on the group calls?
No. Some weeks you may say everything. Some weeks you may say nothing at all and just listen. Both are welcome.
What if I want more one on one time with you?
That is the Voice Within Journey. It includes everything in The Program, plus four private calls with me each month, just the two of us.
How do I move forward?
